Netflix dominates Golden Globes 2020 thanks to films, “Marriage Story” and “The Irishman” and “the Crown” and “Unbelievable” for television.
“Marriage Story’ by Noah Baumbach’s leads the film category with six nominations, followed by “The Irishman” by Martin Scorsese’s and “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” by Quentin Tarantino with five nominations each.
“The Crown” and “Unbelievable” by Netflix, “Chernobyl” by HBO rules with four nominations each. “Barry”, “Big Little Lies” and “Succession” by HBO, “Fleabag” by Amazon, “The Morning Show” by Apple TV, “Fosse/Verdon” by FX and “The Kominsky Method” by Netflix all secured three nominations each.
The Golden Globes 2020 nominees were announced by Dakota Fanning, Susan Kelechi Watson, and Tim Allen Monday (Dec 9) morning which celebrates annual recognition of the year’s best in film and television. It will be hosted by Ricky Gervais on Jan. 5 live from the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles.
