Can I just say and I really need to say this the visuals are absolutely stunning, and the sound design is
perfect. I’m not usually into AI or technology, but I genuinely enjoyed this film.
Usually, movies like this are hard to understand because they deal with artificial intelligence, technology,
and the world inside a computer. But this time, the story was surprisingly easy to follow. The way they laid
everything out was clear and concise.
Jared Leto, in my opinion, truly embodied what it means to be a program to be Ares. Watching him slowly
develop human-like emotions was incredible. You can see it all in his eyes and the way he portrayed Ares’s feelings.
He really did an amazing job in this role. And can I just say the chemistry between Jared Leto and Greta Lee is insane! I honestly didn’t expect that. Even though their scenes weren’t romantic, silly, funny, or sexual since Jared’s character, Ares, is just a program that can manifest into the human world for a limited time the connection between them still felt
real and powerful.
One of my favorite moments is when Ares is hacking into the server, gathering information about Greta
Lee’s character, Eve Kim. As he watches her childhood videos, travels, and family memories, you can see
curiosity and emotion flicker in his eyes. He’s not supposed to feel anything he’s a program, not a human
but Jared’s performance makes you believe that something deeper is happening inside him.
Overall, everything about this film is outstanding from the story to the visuals, performances, and sound
design. It’s definitely a must-watch, especially on the big screen. If you can, watch it in IMAX for the full
experience
